"UPDATE: After being a customer for a couple of years, & after the accident, the only thing we heard from her was phone calls wanting us to get MORE Insurance! When I found another insurance company, I had to go in to the office physically to decommission our State Farm plan, no one tried to talk me out of it!! One year plus later, NOBODY tried to call to retain my business!!! State Farm, that's Dirty Pool!! Melissa Throm, that's Dirty Pool!! Had I still been with Greg, he would've called before I got home!!! Dismiss all of this: New to Melissa Throm with State Farm Insurance (our other agent retired). Our very first interaction with her was with a wreck of all things!! She handled everything seamlessly! We didn't have any hiccups throughout our services involved in the wreck. She has called us to check on us, made sure that we had what we needed, made sure that everything was going along smoothly. We have been very pleased with the level of customer service from her & her associates."
